On Nar-Anon’s global website you will find a list of available Nar-Anon literature in three formats: paper, digital, and PDF. The paper format can be purchased at the Nar-Anon WebStore. The eBooks are the electronic version of the literature, available on various platforms. The PDF format is free to download from the website. Please note that this list only includes literature in English. Nar-Anon Pamphlets for Recovery and Nar-Anon Pamphlets for Service and Outreach are two digital collections of Nar-Anon Pamphlets. You can purchase pamphlets on these collections individually in paper format, but the digital format comes as a collection.
We have two suggested items of literature to start with for newcomers. Newcomers Packet in paper, or Newcomers Booklet in eBook, as well as SESH (Sharing Experience, Strength, and Hope) in paper and eBook.
